Unopened products

If your product is unopened and unused, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Simply reach out to us and we'll guide you through the process.

Opened products — our satisfaction promise

Skincare is personal, and we understand that not every product suits every person. If you've opened your elixir and it isn't right for you, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We'll work with you to make it right — whether through a replacement, store credit, or another solution. We may ask a few brief questions simply to help us understand and improve, never to make the process difficult.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund right away — no further questions. This is our responsibility, and we take it seriously.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
