Shipping Policy
Every RAIONA order is packed with care and dispatched from Victoria, British Columbia. Here's what to expect once you've placed your order.
Processing time
Orders are prepared and shipped within 2–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your parcel is on its way.
Shipping within Canada
- Standard (3–5 business days): $10 — free on orders of $50 and over
- Express (1–2 business days): $15
Shipping to the United States
- Standard International (3–5 business days): starting at $7.90 — free on orders of $100 and over
- Express International (1–2 business days): $34.90
International shipping
We ship worldwide. Shipping to countries outside Canada and the United States is calculated at checkout based on your destination and order weight, using live carrier rates. You'll see the exact cost before you pay.
Customs, duties & import fees
Orders shipped outside Canada may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees set by your local authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, please reach out at info@raiona.ca.
A note on our packaging
Our elixir is housed in glass and packed thoughtfully to arrive safely. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with a photo and we'll make it right — see our Refund Policy for details.
